Very friendly and helpful staff, you may have flexible quotes the same prices as the ones online. Also, they provide some services for Vietnam's visa or passport.

Bought tix for my mother and the agent was very professional and knowledgeable. Speaks fluent english and Vietnamese as well. She was able to book a comfortable seating for my senior mom. Knew very well the best options for flights and all. Thx! Diem & Nga

The most amazing agents. Lisa saved Christmas— she was able to correct my mistake on Christmas Day and had everything worked out minutes before we needed to check our bags. The whole process of working with AIRWAY TRAVEL was a positive experience and we will for sure be returning customers.

Lisa is AWESOME!!!! They both are!!!! My whole family 8 of us are traveling internationally and with everyone’s work schedules and having short notice Lisa worked her talents and got All of us on the same flight so we can travel together and she definitely went above and beyond the measures of a travel agent I could genuinely feel her compassion towards me and my family’s needs And for the record…… they absolutely speak both English and Vietnamese so for the reviewers trying to give this business a bad review SAYING they don’t speak English at AIRWAY TRAVEL well those REVIEWERS ARE LIARS!!!… THANK YOU LISA for all your hard work commitment and compassion A true PROFESSIONAL with a heart to do a good job
